Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Lay the whole wheat wrap flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread hummus evenly over the wrap, leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Layer vegetables in the center of the wrap.
  4. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt, pepper, and sumac if using.
  5. To roll, fold in the sides of the wrap, then roll from the bottom up, tucking in the vegetables as you go.
  6. Cut in half diagonally and serve.
