- Lay the whole wheat wrap flat on a clean surface.
- Spread hummus evenly over the wrap, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Layer vegetables in the center of the wrap.

- To roll, fold in the sides of the wrap, then roll from the bottom up, tucking in the vegetables as you go.
- Cut in half diagonally and serve.
