- Scoop out a little extra flesh from the pit cavity to make room for the egg (about 1-2 tbsp per half).
- Place avocado halves in a small baking dish to keep them stable.
- Carefully crack one egg into each avocado half.
- Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes/paprika if using.
