2.0 cups Buttermilk
2.0 tbsp Hot sauce
2.0 cups All-purpose flour
2.0 tbsp Paprika
1.0 tbsp Garlic powder
1.0 tbsp Onion powder
2.0 tsp Salt
1.0 tsp Black pepper
4.0 cups Vegetable oil
2.0 cups Cabbage
0.5 cup Carrots
0.5 cup Mayonnaise
1.0 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
4.0 buns Brioche buns
8.0 slices Pickles
Instructions
- Marinate chicken breasts in buttermilk and hot sauce for at least 2 hours.
- For breading, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Remove chicken from buttermilk and dredge in flour mixture.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- For slaw, mix cabbage, carrots, and mayo with apple cider vinegar.
- For spicy mayo, combine mayonnaise with hot sauce.
- Toast buns, spread with spicy mayo, then add chicken, slaw, and pickles.
