Ingredients

2.0 cups Broccoli florets
2.0 medium Carrots
1.0 large Bell pepper
1.0 cup Snow peas
1.0 cup Mushrooms
2.0 cloves Garlic
1.0 tbsp Ginger
2.0 tbsp Soy sauce
1.0 tsp Sesame oil
2.0 tbsp Vegetable oil
3.0 stalks Green onions

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add carrots and broccoli, stir fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Add bell pepper, snap peas, and mushrooms. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
  6. Garnish with green onions and serve over rice if desired.
