Ingredients

1.0 can (15 oz) Chickpeas
1.0 tbsp Olive oil
1.0 tsp Paprika
0.5 tsp Ground cumin
0.5 tsp Garlic powder
0.5 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Drain and rinse chickpeas, then pat very dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil and spices.
  4. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until crunchy.
  6. Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
