Ingredients

2.0 cups Short-grain rice
4.0 cups Spinach
2.0 medium Carrots
2.0 cups Bean sprouts
1.0 medium Zucchini
0.5 lb Ground beef
4.0 large Eggs
3.0 tbsp Soy sauce
2.0 tbsp Sesame oil
3.0 tbsp Gochujang paste
1.0 tbsp Sesame seeds
2.0 tbsp Vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  2. Prepare each vegetable separately: sauté spinach, carrots, bean sprouts, and zucchini with a bit of sesame oil and salt.
  3. Cook ground beef with soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil.
  4. Fry eggs sunny-side up.
  5. To serve, place rice in bowls, arrange vegetables and beef around the perimeter, place egg on top.
  6. Serve with gochujang sauce and sesame seeds.
