Ingredients

4.0 cups Dashi stock
3.0 tbsp Miso paste
8.0 oz Firm tofu
2.0 tbsp Wakame seaweed
3.0 stalks Green onions

Instructions

  1. Bring dashi stock to a simmer in a pot.
  2. Add diced tofu and wakame seaweed.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk miso paste with a ladle of hot dashi until smooth.
  4. Turn off heat and add miso mixture to pot (do not boil after adding miso).
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
