4.0 cups Dashi stock
3.0 tbsp Miso paste
8.0 oz Firm tofu
2.0 tbsp Wakame seaweed
3.0 stalks Green onions
Instructions
- Bring dashi stock to a simmer in a pot.
- Add diced tofu and wakame seaweed.
- In a small bowl, whisk miso paste with a ladle of hot dashi until smooth.
- Turn off heat and add miso mixture to pot (do not boil after adding miso).
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
