Ingredients

1.5 lbs Ground beef (80/20)
1.0 tsp Salt
0.5 tsp Black pepper
0.5 tsp Garlic powder
1.0 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4.0 buns Burger buns
4.0 slices Cheddar cheese
4.0 leaves Lettuce
1.0 large Tomato
0.5 medium Red onion
8.0 slices Pickles
4.0 tbsp Ketchup
2.0 tbsp Mustard
2.0 tbsp Mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Gently form into 4 equal-sized patties, making a slight depression in the center of each.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  4. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness.
  5. During the last minute of cooking, add cheese slices to melt.
  6. Toast burger buns lightly.
  7. Assemble burgers with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and condiments of choice.
