Ingredients

2.0 cups Greek yogurt
1.0 medium Cucumber
2.0 cloves Garlic
2.0 tbsp Olive oil
1.0 tbsp Lemon juice
2.0 tbsp Fresh dill
1.0 tbsp Fresh mint
0.5 tsp Salt
0.25 tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Grate cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
