  1. Pat sea bass fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Place fillets skin-side down and cook without moving for 3-4 minutes until skin is crispy.
  4. Flip and cook 2-3 minutes more until fish is opaque and flakes easily.
  5. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat.
  6. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  7. Stir in lemon juice, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper. Keep warm but do not boil.
  8. Transfer fish to plates and drizzle with the warm herb-butter sauce.
  9. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
